Event Organisation

Medical Support

Iasis Private Hospital in association with Ambuline Ambulance Services LTD, will be the medical provider for the events and will offer medical assistance at the start / finish lines and during the race to provide first aid facilities during all 4 races.

Water & Fruit

Ample quantities of water and seasonal fruit, will be offered free of charge to all participants throughout the races approcimately every 5k, as well as at the start & finish of the events.

Entertainment

The entertainment program includes:

• 25/11/2009: Pasta Party at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort
  Pasta Party will follow the 6k Time Trial. First results will be given.
• 28/11/2009: Celebration Gala Dinner Party and Prize Giving at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort.

Race Numbers / Items Pick-up

The Registration Desk for the collection of race numbers and the race bag at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort will be operating on the 24th of November 2010 from 08:00 – 18:00 hrs and on the 25th of November 2010 from 08:00 – 11:00 hrs. Entrants will not be accepted to register for the races, the pasta & gala parties and the race transfers outside the above mentioned days and times.
